Retirement

My company made a number of employees who are eligible to retire a very generous offer to do so sooner than later. I 'm considering it but not sure I'm ready yet to do so.

Financially I can do it and am meeting w/a financial planner in a couple of weeks to see if this offer is in my best interest.

Anyone want to share what affected your decision to retire or not?
