Restaurant Suggestions

My hubby and I are heading to Epcot and Sea World over Labor Day weekend for our anniversary. I know there are a lot of places to eat in the parks (overwhelming all the choices) so I thought I'd check here and see if anyone has any suggestions. We're also looking at doing one of the dinner shows - any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
