Restaurant Server Question

Since we have been discussing tips, this question has come up.....when your food is served lukewarm and it's supposed to be hot, whose fault is it?, I say its the servers job to get it to you as soon as possible,and unless they are very busy, there is no excuse for being served lukewarm/cold food, someone else says no, it's not their job.....what do you think?
