Reports: Charles Manson in hospital

It is a shame he gets any doctoring.....suffering would be better for him....he does not deserve kindness.

Convicted serial killer Charles Manson has been taken from prison to a hospital in Bakersfield, Calif., according to various news reports.

Manson was taken from Corcoran State Prison in Corcoran, Calif., with an unknown ailment, the news website TMZ reported.

The hospital is about an hour away from the prison, TMZ says.

Manson, 82, is serving 9 life sentences for the 1969 Manson Family cult murders of actress Sharon Tate and others.

I'm glad that we have the kind of justice system that treats people humanely

Why behave just like him? That makes one ,no different ,than he is. Who would want to sink to that level?

I don't know if he has lived long enough, or not. If he has no remorse, then he has not lived long enough. He should be rehabilitated physically, returned to the prison so he can think of what he has done to others and know that what he is suffering is only a miniscule amount of suffering comparatively.

82 years old ??? I can't believe he has survived in prison this long. Has he had special protection or solitary? I hope he returns to prison regardless of his age or years served. He needs to serve his full sentence in jail and we all know he won't live that long. I wonder how comfortable his quarters are. Some prisons have more creature comforts that many people outside working to provide for their families.
