It is kind of them, but human nature being what it is, rewarding this sort of fraud will just produce more of it.

I completely understand your point, Dagna, and we know it can open a can of worms. Since this one has already happened, though, I would love for that little one to get the care she needs.

I agree; the poor child has been victimized twice now.
