For that matter, we have no way of knowing that anything anyone posts here is the 'whole' story or true.

I'm with you.  I hated these kinds of things.  It was supposed to be motivational but I knew it was just a game by the employer.  Moral was lousy and they always came up with the dumbest things rather than listening to what employees said would motivate them. Being a manager, I always played along....being a good team player, you know.

Why in the world, do some on this forum find the absolute need and desire to bash, question, and be down right mean.  OMG, @Laura14, has said nothing to call out such posts.  She is simply sharing and always contributes to this forum in a humorous, sincere,and kind way.

@YorkieonmyPillow  LOL  We'll see.  I still have no idea if there is an actual award or what.  I came in today though ready for my closeup.    This must be how the Kardashian's live.  I don't like it.  LOL

@KingstonsMom  I have zero time to make things up to entertain the masses.  Fortunately or unfortunately this stuff really happens and I just need to vent! Thanks for being so nice about it.
