I do remember those and always got the Pall Mall ones because that is what my Dad smoked. Also loved the bubble gum cigars that came in pink, green and yellow. Also the red peanut patties. I loved those!!

@Kitlynn

My dad smoked Pall Malls too!  I remember those deep red packs.  They were inder 25 cents a pack too.  He smoked since he was a kid, and quit about 1959 at almost 40... And hated the smell of smoke after the day he quit!!

No they were called Dickies Peanut Pattie. They are peanuts surrounded by red. You can google them and buy them online.

Re: Remember Candy Cigarettes?

I sure do remember those, my sister and I used to pretend smoke all the time, and my dad hated them. He did not want us to even pretend to be smoking....I also remember when my children were young, at the 4th of July Parade, they had fake cigarettes, they looked just like a real cigarette, and smoke came out but they were fake, and I saw so many kids with those-bad idea!!!!!!It looked so real you gasped everytime you saw a young kidwith them....Back in the 80's though smoking was much more acceptable.......

I do but since they didn't taste good, we didn't waste our money on them, lol.
