I was told to bring a small "relish tray" to a Thanksgiving meal-what would you put on it? Thanks for any suggestions-about 20 people.

cornichons or pickles, pickled onions, radishes, artichoke hearts, olives, pickled beets, pepperoncini.....maybe even some carrots and celery if she isnt doing a veggie tray with dip.

Re: Relish Tray-Thanksgiving

My mother always put out a relish tray for Thanksgiving dinner - you brought back sweet memories for me.  She would put celery and carrot sticks, radish roses, and black and green olives.  We're Italian, so she always put fennel sticks on there as well.  It's like celery, but has a mild licorice taste.  You could also put raw cauliflower and broccoli florets and put a nice dip in the center of the tray.. blue cheese, maybe?  It's a nice touch when just about everything else you have for Thanksgiving dinner is rich and filling.  Have a wonderful holiday!!

@An assortment of olives, small gherkin pickles sweet and salty, tiny stuffed cherry peppers, marinated artichoke hearts. Red peppers, fire roasted or marinated. Small bite sized celery sticks, carrot sticks. Pickeled veggies . Any or all of these, be creative! Happy Thanksgiving!

Marnated (or not) baby corn and artichoke hearts are always a favorite for many/some guests.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

To me, relish tray would include baby gherkins, black & green olives, pickled okra, green onions.  It's different from a veggie or antipasto tray.
