@Noel7 wrote:WHAT HAPPENED TO MY POSTS? WERE THEY TAKEN DOWN?
Why? Religion wasn't mentioned, what happened?
On what basis were they taken down? I provided information on two cases, nothing slanderous, what the heck?
I had a post removed as well (possibly because I had replied to yours) that said NOTHING except that the major Western religions don't believe in reincarnation, and I related a possible hypnosis experience I'd had.
There was NO REASON either of our posts should have been removed, ESPECIALLY just vanished without explanation.
Neither "vanished without explanation" post was in any way explicit, nor derogatory, about any religion.

@LilacTreedid you have my posts taken down for some reason? I am flabbergasted, No religion, no politics, just information on where to read about two reported cases of reincarnation.

No, Noel. I've never done that to anyone and you are no exception. Ask the mods.

My mother believed after reading books written by Edgar Cayce and I hope it is true. I would love for Mother to be reincarnated as a songbird who visits my backyard, she had a lovely singing voice.

I know! I wrote back to you about your comments, hit send and got a notification that your post no longer existed.
You said NOTHING that didn't comply with board regulations. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?

@Noel7 no rhyme or reason.....I've been reading the thread let me test. I am Jewish and believe reincarnation is possible.

@LilacTree I don't have to ask the mods, I take your word for it, I know you are truthful.
Thanks for replying, I thought there might have been an off chance that something offended you, I'm glad that wasn't it.

I'm guessing that OP is referring to a book released a few days ago. The Boy Who Knew Too Much: An Astounding True Story of a Young Boy's Past-Life Memories by Cathy Byrd. I haven't read it, but know someone who has and very much liked it.
I do think reincarnation is a reality. I also think that, with our present level of knowledge, it's pretty much impossible to prove one way or the other. Is every claim out there true? Of course not. But there's sure a lot of evidence that it exists. Brian Weiss is a psychiatrist and author who's name comes to mind as someone who has researched it.
True or not, why are so many claims tied to famous people? Think about it. What are the odds of tracking down the identity of and confirminmg facts about some "average" person who lived a generation or two ago? There simply isn't going to be much if any info to be found.

No it wasn't, and it must have been fast because I didn't even see them.

I read a lot of Edgar Cayce when I was in school, fascinating! "I see the body."
He had a real thing about almonds, said they were fantastic for good health, so I took his advice from long ago and ate three almonds a day for years. I still eat almonds and almond products ![]()
