Re: Registered for My Vaccine Appointment

@hckynut - great news for you. Mu hubby had his first dose Thursday. I'm in the next phase which might be late spring or early summer.

And, we have been advised our State (SC) has cases of the SA variant and the Gr. Britain variant. So, I will be anxiously awaiting my turn.

@BirkiLady

My wife falls into the same age group at 71, so she too is waiting for her notice for when she can get her shot(s).

Thank you for your comment on my ice skating. I have been skating since November, but with a limit on the number of people, youth and other hockey programs, along with figure skating programs, are taking up more of the time because the other rinks are not being open as much.

I am hoping with the increase in numbers allowed in the buildings will allow the City Rink to offer more ice time to Public Skating. Right now it is 2 days a week for me, and prior to the virus, it was 3 times a week. I like having fewer days in between skates, makes keeping balance on skates much easier for me.

Could have got my shot sooner, but the date at Immanuel Hospital was on a day and time I skate, so I decided to get it a week later. Don't want to miss skating if I can avoid it.

Like you I was really glad to see our state get into the Green phase and thus safer for all of us. Stay well now,
