Wow has Qvc gotten really bad about refunds. I had an order sent back received by them December 27th still not showing as returned. Have no idea why Cs said it’s taking 2 weeks to process the refunds. Hsn is so much faster Smh.

They received my returns on 12/22 and just processed them yesterday.  I can't imagine the ones returned after Christmas.

I'm about to return 2 items- hearing this is not making me feel any better- may I ask what they charged you for the s/h and return ( when I bought them -there was no charge for s/h) so I'm wondering if they're going to really screw me over. Did you use their label or send it Postal Service?(sometimes Postal service is faster and cheaper for other sellers- wondering if I should do that.- and you can insure it. TIA

I have always called to let them know it was received so they can process it then! I give the rep details and sometimes the tracking no. They look it all up and see that it has been returned so credit it then.

Then it's usually processed in a few days.

If you don't call, it does take forever!

If the package is heavy, I would go with the Q's $6.95 label that also includes insurance.

I write down all the tracking numbers on the label-I think it's the logistics number that I usually check for tracking.Their label always takes longer.

If it is a light package, I usually use my own label thru the post office and get insurance on it too. Ask for the cheapest way to send it.

It is often the 2 day!

The rates for shipping have really gone up at the post office so anything heavy would really cost a lot if you don't use the Q's label.

I would expect that just like any other business, they were lightly staffed in the return department over the holidays.....all employees like to spend some time over the holidays.  I wouldn't worry about a bit longer delay at this time of the year.

It is taking longer, and is not as reliable.

Two refunds of mine have been real problems.  4 to 6 weeks after I received email notice that the refunds were sent to me, one refund was finally posted a few days after I called, one has not been heard from yet.

I asked over a month ago for a call from ‘The Finance Department’ - Nothing.  Called again yesterday, CS very nice, but it is not possible to talk with anyone in finance, and best I can tell they don’t return calls.

One of the items was @ $150.  I was told I would receive the refund in $x amount in 4 increments.  I asked why in the world, and was told those were the ezy-pay amounts, but I did not use ezy-pay, I payed the full amount at purchase. ???

I returned a ring for an exchange (another size) and it isn't even recognized in the system.  I chose to go the exchange route because it is "free", rather than just order the right size and send back the one that didn't fit (and lose money all around.)  However, by the time they process my return the ring will probably be gone (and I will be furious.)

The USPS tracking on Q returns is laughable.  It's still showing as having been processed in my post office.

I'm certain they now do "free exchanges" because most people don't opt for it.  If you really want an item you need to just re-order it and send back your return.

Yes it does take too long. I always call CS to inform them return has been recd and have them credit my account. Eventually it shows up on-line that the item has been returned.  I just had to return a JAI bracelet that did not fit but did not use Q label. First class mail was $3.57 - I can track it thru PO website - was delivered in 3 days.

When I see that my return was received several days ago I call c.s.They promptly issue the refund.Sometimes it takes a nudge.
