@rms1954.  You're describing tow different b issues.

1. Are you wanting a refund because something you bought went on sale, or...

2.  Do you want to do an exchange.  This has nothing to do with the price. 

Can't tell what you want to do.

@rms1954 My personal experience is that some customer reps are more experienced and more helpful than others.  If I call at night or on the weekend, I find the reps to be less willing/able to help.  I always call back at least once if I don't receive a satisfactory resolution to my issue.   I like to follow the rules, but it never hurts to ask.

That is correct.  You will only get the price difference if the exact item you purchased is available.  So even if there are items available at the lower price, it has to be the size and color you purchased.

At that point I would ask that they start a return and I would get a complete refund.

@kaydee50.  I question that because I've gotten a refund where that was not the case, in the past few weeks from the mods. 

It doesn't even make sense; what should the size or color matter with a pricing issue?  Lots of merchandise doesn't come in sizes or colors.
