@godi   It almost looks photoshopped.  Of course I know it isn't.

You have some magnificent views from your home.  Thanks.

@wagirl  That is actually the sun setting. I was just going out on my deck and was floored at it. I had to share. @luvzchiz  Our home is the highest point in our town. It can get crazy during storms but the view is amazing. Here is a pic of the sunrise this morning

Re: Red Orb Sunset Last Night

@godi    Do you have haze or smoke in the air from fires?  That often causes that red glow and makes for some beautiful sunsets.

@godi ---was just kidding!!Woman Happy Our sunsets, here in western WA are just as amazing,  mostly because we have fires burning in every direction, including Siberia! Makes for incredible sunrises and sunsets-----thanks goodness the winds are blowing all that smoke high into the air so we aren't in a smog like last year.

That is amazing!  Just curious if it rained for you later that night.  If all else was a normal day and you got a sunset where the sun was such a deep red it doesn't even hurt to look at it, I've found it usually rains before morning.

Re: Red Orb Sunset Last Night

@Kachina624  Yes we do have some haze from wildfires here in western Pennsylvania. I never knew that would make the sunrises and sunsets red!
