If you have FIOS internet and phone bundle, you can block phone numbers using the My Fios app. Unlimited blocking and you don't need to get a new phone. However, the call does ring thru 1 time - shows up on handset as missed call. You may not want to deal with that, but I wanted you to know that you can block calls thru the app. I have the app on my ipad, but the feature is probably avaiable on the web site.

@Witchy Woman, LOL I thought I was the onliest one what had a backup of several small appliances. Like our coffee pot, I have a brand new spare and parts from the one I dropped.. Hey a woman has to do what a woman has to do.. Plus we have 3 o 4 Keurigs of different sizes and colors. We are ready!!

Good choice! I've read up on these 'call blocker' units and they don't do anything that the phones can do these days. Plus, if you have several phones around your house, you can block something from wherever you are. Might as well just have the most current technology in phones.
That's the way I see it, anyway, FWIW.
