We went to a record shop the other day after taking our granddaughters golfing (etc etc.) and doing things w them all day. (It was National record day). It was packed w people buying records (and they had a band). I was SO glad to see that "newer" bands/singers are making records again (you know those vinyl things?..lol). We picked some records up, (old and new). I had to explain to the youngest what a record was. (never thought I'd have to do that in my life..lol.). We have a complete stereo set up to this day, complete with radio, cd player, 8 track, cassette, and yes a turn table for....records. DH and I spent all last evening after the grandkids left playing records. (We also have iPods but only use them to occupy time @ doctor offices while waiting, and thats about it, because we prefer the music in our hands!..lol..). Do you still have records and a turn table?
