Hubby and I always loved Eight O' Clock coffee and we use the Keurig version. I've found using 10oz of water per cup makes a better cup of coffee for us - more like what I used to make before the Keurig. Any less and the coffee is too strong.

Thanks, everyone. We have company coming through Tuesday and I'm going to check out both Target and BB&B. They're local, as is Sams. Shopping tomorrow.

I know you need local for Tuesday, but see my post #13. I get the best deals overall there.

starbucks blonde, I find flavored coffees to be mild. right now i am drinking gingerbread coffee with pumpkin spice creamer also look for "light" roast. also a creamer will take the edge off a strong coffee

Here's an idea for you if whatever you have/buy still tastes too strong--I run my K-cups thru the machine twice. I use a big mug and create one 12 oz cup of coffee by making 2 x 6oz cups.

Donut Shop comes in a Light Roast, Medium Roast, and Extra Bold Medium Roast. I usually prefer the Medium, but sometimes enjoy the extra punch of the Extra Bold and enjoy the Light as an evening coffee. I also like Green Mountain K Cups. Most of the K cup beverages describe the intensity right on the box. Many described as breakfast blends will be light roast. As previously mentioned check out the flavors of K cups on the Keurig website as it's a good guide. You can find most of the brands on the site locally if you prefer not to purchase direct from Keurig. However, Keurig's prices are comparable to buying elsewhere, and they also have special deals regularly which they send out to email subscribers.

Again, thanks everyone. I'll find something for Tuesday, but then I'll check out all the other non-local sources. I think there's hope now of finding something we'll enjoy! You're the best!

You asked about Sugar Free K-Cups. As a diabetic, I've had my eye out for anything sugar free in this regard, especially for chocolate cocoa but haven't found anything... if someone has, please let us know...
