Recent Q mistakes

About 2 weeks ago I received a Q shipment.  I had ordered a summer top on clearance so I was expecting that.  But inside the bag was a much more expensive sweater. The shipping label was someone else's. I was thinking the other person received my cheap top. Sent this one back and let Q know.  They sent me out another package and that one was the correct top.

 

A few days ago I noticed Q had credited my account for just under $10.  Called them again, they took the amount back as they should have.  I wondered if the other person was supposed to be credited the shipping cost for returning my original summer top?  Q didn't charge me to return the more expensive top. But maybe the other person did pay it and they credited me because she included my original shipping info? Just a thought because the amount was more like a shipping cost but who knows.

 

Yesterday I received an email from Q asking me to rate a purchase of jeans that I never bought! smh. Smiley LOL
