@MalteseMomma if you purchased them on or after Sept 22nd, then they qualify for the holiday return policy and you can still get a refund up until Jan 31st

Thank you for this update. I ordered these on Nov 13 but they were not shipped out until Dec . 4th. I was not notified by QVC. I was made aware of this by my local TV network this morning. Apparently FDA knew back in early Dec. Not being on the blogs and not visiting QVC's Recall site, I was not aware. QVC has sent me letters concerning any recalls in the past for various items. Unfortunately, nothing this time. Unusual, especially for a food item. I have noticed more quality issues with QVC items recently. I did throw out the remaining candy and hopefully all will be fine. Thank you again for the post.
