The joke is on them, because when my account is paid off, I am pretty much done buying from them. I may buy an occaisional item when VPH is on, but as far as keeping an account going with multiple purchases, I am done. Maybe the computer nerds could research how many people change their buying habits when the Q seems to want to make everything more and more difficult and cater to all their social media nonsense. That should be right up their alley. I do not need the headache of this horrible format.

I actually had forgotten about it. I don't think I was here Sunday, so when I got here Monday....well LOL! I felt like I was out swimming in a stormy ocean somewhere, finally found some dry land, and then tried to help pull some others to dry land too. What an experience. LOL!

this new forum menu is OK if you are a die hard computer geek and know how to navigate this forum. I don't know how to really navigate this mess.

that is what this mess is a huge MESS.

if they wanted to have forums die out, well they got what they wanted.

Probably the very best thing age has done for me is to give me a tiny bit of patience. Yesterday, my Forum screen was so bad that I couldn't begin to imagine how anyone had managed to post a complaint even.

I can't believe how much I got accomplished - just not QVC or Forum related. I'm almost sorry that when I just clicked in, the Forums actually look as if a professional might have had some hand in getting the Forums working!

Anyway, my screen is brighter than it used to be, looks cleaner than it has been, and I can at least feel as if it will be worth my time to see what changes have been made and whether I like them or not. If I don't like them, yesterday I already know diffwrent people will have far different reactions as the days pass, but in my house yesterday made me fear for QVC's life!

I have absolutely no idea whether it was deliberate or some computerese failure - and truly, I don't care becasue I was able to transact business on my account without a bit of trouble.
