Really working for me--that weight loss program

that starts with W!

I was a doubter; really wasn't concerned with losing the 30# I have gained over the past ten years. Kind of let myself go and decided to enjoy life at age 50 when MP started. I dieted what seemed like my entire lilfe to maintain a normal weight so I was tired of it!!

Anyway, long story short had a surgery which has changed my mobility status. Surgeon said it would help my ability to walk if I lost some weight. Ugh. I bit the bullet and went to my first meeting on June 12 with DD who started about a month before me. Weighed in at 180.2#.

Today I woke up and I weigh 169#!! I set my scale to coordinate with the weigh in scale at the meetings so I am confident it's a "good" weight.

I was skeptical of the process but my result in a month says it all. I follow my point requirements pretty faithfully but I admit to a few days where I lost it. The first 2 weeks of my program I was not able to move much and that may have slowed the weight loss process for me.

I joined this program at DD's urging. I am not associated with anyone related to the this program so I have no ulterior motives in sharing my experience. Hope someone who is struggling with weight loss issues reads this is motivated to try it.
