Realizing how overwhelmed I am right now

I have 3 QVC packages sitting un opened, one box of shoes that has to go back to DSW, my Summer clothes sitting in a pile ready to be swapped out, and I have a lot  to no energy to do it. Everything is sitting in the living room and haunting me everywhere I look

I am immuosupressed and right staying alive is a major priority

Re: Realizing how overwhelmed I am right now

A lot of people have it a lot worse than I do, and I know that.

No one needs to remind me of that, or chastise me for it, or scold me.

I get it.

Believe me, I get it.

But I'm struggling too.

Finacially I'm struggling.

And I'm scared.

Terrified.

I am praying to G-d that things will get better soon for everyone, myself included.

Choose to do 1 extra 'chore' for the day or break it into 2 days if necessary.

Hopefully it wont seem so overwhelming.

Do you live alone? Was going to suggest help from member of household, that's all.

Take it a day at a time...

@I am still oxox   Listen to your body.  If you are completely exhausted then lay down and get some rest & sleep.  When you wake you will be refreshed and ready to tackle your tasks.  If you need a few days of rest take them.  One thing I learned is when you don't have control over somethiing let it go.  Don't worry about the small stuff.

Just breathe!

NOTHING is a priority except staying healthy.

Everybody is anxious around the world, and we must spread kindness, starting with ourselves.

Re: Realizing how overwhelmed I am right now

Because you are immunosuppressed, you should be extra careful.

Is there anyone from your church, family, friend or neighbor that you could call to come by and pick up your packages that need to be returned. You could wrap as best you can and use the return labels. Set them on your pourch and avoid any person to person contact. Your postal delivery should take them if postage paid labels in place. That is they are kind.

I noticed a posting on NextDoorNeighbor of young folks offering to do errands.

Go out and take a walk

Go to the park, get some fresh air.

If you have a deck, balcony, patio or yard pull out your lawn chair.
