Apparently all charges (if there were any), were dropped.

Tamra claimed on last week's show that she did a good job raising him and that after some problems he had straightened out. I guess she better take back her words and the credit she gave herself for her wonderful parenting.

Tamra also said there is more to this than was reported and all charges were dismissed. Does she think people are stupid? All charges were probably dismissed because the baby mama refuses to testify against him.

Tamra also said that she feels she failed as a Mother to him, and feels responsible for the rouble he gets into.

A person never knows what goes on in someone else's home.

You can get arrested - AND JAILED - for domestic violence, even if you didn't do anything.

I should know.

My previous husband called the cops on me (retalitory), and he told them that I has assaulted HIM. This was because I'd called them on him - I hadn't touched him - he didn't have a mark on him ANYWHERE - no witnesses - because it didn't happen.

But because I called the law on him, he returned the favor.

And even though he didn't have a mark on him, I got escorted TO JAIL, too - spent the night there.

Somehow that just didn't seem right to me....I think the local police got so aggravated with domestic violence calls, and then the charges being dropped, that they decided to just arrest both parties as a matter of course......with or without evidence....

Anyway, of course it was dropped (on me), but I had to spend the night in jail. This when I had two minor children, mind you.

I wish I'd been savvy enough at the time to realize I probably could have sued the police dept. for false arrest.

As it was, I was panicking because I was afraid my nursing license would get pulled! As soon as I could, I called the Board of Nursing and explained what happened. They understood.

ITA and he is just as lazy as the day is long. Back when Simon was trying to help him you could tell he did not want to work or think that he should work.

Vicki's son-in-law has a few problems himself.

True! Everyone was ragging on Brooks but the way Ryan spoke to that lady in Vicki's house was appalling!
He is also disrespectful to Vicki.
I still think it was mean for Brianna to break it to Vicki on camera about their elopement.....
