Does anyone have a recommendation for a good real estate company and/or agent in Louisville, KY? Friends are moving there in early summer.

I don't know an agent, but I've loved being a tourist in Louisville lots of times. Such a lovely city in so many neighborhoods as well as lots to great touristy things to do and wonderful restaurants.

I suggest Semonin Realtors. It is one of the larger companies here. While I have not used them personally, my former manager used them numerous times when buying and selling properties, and two coworkers used them as well. All seemed quite pleased.

Louisville is a great city, and I absolutely love living here. I hope your friends like it as well.
