When it's lousy driving weather, I stay put! As far as snow, we had a good amount last winter. Some winters snowier than others. Like every place else.

@AKgirl2 Boy, talk about climate shock, you really experienced it. You must have had to buy a whole new wardrobe. Of the two, I'd take AK.

I hope California gets some rain, doesn’t look like it.

My area says Cold/Dry, ALWAYS rains here all winter, will wait to see it.

East River (by a smidge) South Dakota here...I am absolutely not looking forward to the below zero temp.'s again this year!

Many of my family members live in Florida. When the temp. dips down to fifty degrees where they live-out come their winter coats, mittens, scarves, etc.!

California says mild and dry ..... we sure could use mild and WET.

@Kachina624 ~ Previous to AZ, I lived in UT for 17 yrs., so I was pretty set. Glad I kept my winter duds and jackets! The heat in AZ was an adjustment, but I was younger and it was an easy transition for me. Thank goodness for air conditioning. 🥶

I hate winter! A fall ice strorm took down huge trees here, a week of minus 10 weather killed the shrubs, and a spring hail storm destroyed roof, windows, and plants.

I just have had it. I hope we have a mild dry winter!
