I have lost 26 pounds and one chin. Lol

When my doc started me on the tirzepatide injections Feb 13, he originally said thirty pounds. At my checkup in June, he said let's stop at 140 lbs and see how you are. He is extremely pleased and so am I. My bmi is now in the healthy weight range. I feel and look better ( no longer gasping for air every time I bend over)  my excess weight was mainly distributed around my mid section. I am cutting back the dosage from 5mg to 2.5mg weekly. Probably just for a while. The 5mg has given me a problem with diarrhea so im glad to cut that dose. And with the economizing im doing i will be able to pay cash from now on

one reason I don't want to lose any more is because when I stop the drug I will invariably regain a few pounds. This won't greatly affect my overall health or looks. Now, if I tried to get down to some crazy unrealistic weight, I wouldn't be able to maintain it.  Not gonna look like im thirty again.  Lol. Just aiming for looking and feeling the best i can for my age
