@GenXmuse Really?  You get $3.00 plus the % off if you spend more than $10?  All my QVC purchases are surely over $10.  Is that all the time or was that just a one time thing?

It was just for a limited time and it was good for any store that topcashback has listed. 

Top Cashback has offers like this fairly often, just be sure you get their emails so you know about them, these offers are only good for a few days, usually over a weekend.
