Vry windy and rainy here in SE PA.  I was going to go run errands but I'll go another day this week.  Too yucky out.

Same here.  The good news is that it isn't snow!

In the Boston area the wind is howling, trees are blowing this way and that.  It's dark and it's a balmy 60 degrees.  I'm sitting here with the Christmas lights on and it's nice.

I'm right there with you, on the coast. Trees and wires are down. We have a large pond in our neighbor's yard two weeks in a row. Ground is saturated. There's always that stupid jogger out there gasping for breath. I don't get it. I'm staying in and watch a Christmas movie.

Agreed!  We would have had a blizzard if it were!

I had to WFH today here in SW CT. A tree was blown over onto my road and no one could get out. What a shame 🤣

It's gotten colder, in the 30s and the wind is crazy here too!  Our electricity has already gone out briefly once. Ugh, 😩 fingers crossed it doesn't go out again.

Re: Rain,and high wind

[ Edited ]

Southern end of WV is at 32 degrees, very windy, with steady snow showers.  The snow is not sticking to the ground as yet, but is predicted to with accumulations between 2-5 inches by tomorrow afternoon.  I wouldn't mind to see a nice covering of snow on the grass, but clear roads for all who need to go.

This area is dry and we need any form of moisture right now.

Here in E. PA, we had 3-4 inches of rain from yesterday to this morning. The temp is falling from 50 to a chilly 38 for a high tomorrow, & a chance for light snow showers in the morning. Then, we're back up to the 40's and dry through next Monday.
