Actress Shannen Doherty has passed at age 53.  She was on Beverly Hills 90210, Little House on the Prairie and Charmed.

RIP Shannen Doherty.  I was not a fan, didn't watch 90210 or Charmed.  She bravely fought a long battle and I admire that.

She was also a regular on a series in 1987 called Our House prior to 90210.  She fought this quite hard, very brave.

Very sad. Apart from her career achievements, she did a great deal to support the fight against cancer. I always admired her public transparency and advocacy for others diagnosed with cancer.

Also the kid who played Brian on ALF. He fell asleep in his car and died from the heat here in Arizona in a parking lot 5 minutes from my house.

I'm sorry to hear this, she fought a great battle, may she rest in peace.

Shannon was also on Little House on the Prarie.

I liked her in every role she played. 
Unfortunately, every battle and misstep was played out in public. How many of us would or could hold our head high and come back?

I'm positive many of us have "missteps" and .....
