First thank you thank you thank you for the kind prayers and well wishes that you sent my way! Continue the prayers please as it will be along road to recovery but I am determined to do all I can to help my recovery!

I was released from Rehab December 28 and here is a word of advise for all of you who are seniors and regardless of how healthy you are, PLEASE check out (go visit!!!) rehab centers in your area and as they all are not the same, and some are over crowded which means less good care for you! The smaller the facility the better care. I was unfortunately at a huge facility and I will not go into the nightmare it was, and I got through what I had to but I will never go back to that place again. The only plus for the place I was at was that I met 4 people who I got very attached to and who genuinely cared and helped me! My PT was THE BEST and what a sweet young girl she was who really worked me out, but boy did I make progress and made all my goals.

I am now home as I said and got a Pass for Christmas day and back to rehab to then be released a few days later, and I have a home PT come in 3 times a week to help me to continue to get stronger but it is going to be a long road ahead, and my perseverence will get me through that!

Again, I cannot stress to strongly to check out rehab centers as like under my post it says, you never know when the last time will be the last time.....better to be informed while you are in good health, and not be in a place had y ou any idea about, you would have passed on.

I know that there are GREAT rehab centers but I just felt I had to tell you my experience in the hopes of preventing you being in a facility that had you a choice and of course every thing depends on availability of a bed, but at least you can know which ones to avoid.
