I just had that happen. Answered a question twice, and my answer was pulled off both times. My review hasn't posted either. It was for K43205. Marble and granite colors. Day of presentation, hosts said granite was black. Webpage said marble was black. I called QVC to verify which was black. Lady said marble. So I ordered marble. My order showed picture of black. Next day, I checked my order, and the picture showed white! Webpage now had them changed too! So I chsnged my order to granite. When they arrived, the label on the box said granite, but the lazy Susans in the box were white. It's most likely the manufacturer's fault for mis-labeling. I can't give the item a good review... It doesn't match my kitchen. Can't exchange as both of those colors are on waitlist. No stock on black. So I can either keep white or return for refund. So why won't they post my review for a manufacturer's error?
@quick cooking mom Read the standards for writing reviews. You have a customer service issue. A review evaluates the performance of the item. How does gripping about getting the wrong color help someone decide if it will fill a need in their household?

I said I had been misled, which was true. I also stated that the items were wonderful and asked Valerie to bring them back, so I did review the product, but I was pretty sure it would not be posted, and it wasn't.
You are not supposed to post reviews unless you've received and used the product. They should not post it.

@GCR18, I think that's a good point. I can remember one person posted a thread on the forums about problems with her reviews and she was contacted by the company overseeing the product reviews (sorry, can't recall who the person was).
I've found it confusing, since they publish reviews which clearly aren't helpful (such as those saying they didn't buy the item because XYZ -- how does that get through?).
Hey dooBdoo - that was me. I posted here in the forums about my review being rejected. A QVC rep called me and then contacted the company who oversees the reviews and made sure my negative review was posted. I was very impressed with QVC.

I just wanted folks to know the color they order may not be what they get. I think color is a major attribute of a product. For instance, a dark blue sweatshirt and a hot pink sweatshirt will both keep you warm, but some people wouldn't be caught dead wearing hot pink.
Other reviews went through noting the wrong color. I didn't tell my whole story, simply that my box was labeled granite, and I opened and had marble. I just don't understand why mine wasn't posted.

I, of course, have no first hand knowledge of your reviews or returns, but I can say that from my experience, all the negative reviews I have offered up on Q products have been published and retained.
I have given more than one, one star review, and I usually am rather wordy with my opinions (good or bad) to get across the point of what I did or did not find in the product.
As for 'the letter' about returns, I have to wonder what the criteria for getting one actually is, and I think Q might want to make that clear, in writing on this site somewhere.
Upon watching the presentations, or reading their return policy online, they want you to be completely satisfied. "Love it or return it". With no asterisks letting you know at what point that mantra is no longer applicable to you.
I know that people who return excessively might drive up costs to the rest of us, but that has now been combated somewhat with the customer now shouldering the shipping costs both ways.
I just don't like the mixed message Q sends with every presentation, then slaps someone with 'the letter'. They really need to spell it out, in writing, on this site.

They keep tabe on me and note that my percentage of returns to keeps was unacceptable.
........................................................................................
I go to another deal site, tens of thousands of posts.
People post when they GET banned from a web site, the site refuses their orders
You know, sites like:
Staples
Best Buy
Others
If you walk to the return counter at a Best Buy, you can clearly see they "are paying attention" to people, returns
Many years ago I was denied a return by Dillards. I stayed away for over 20 years !!!!
My neighbor, ABUSES the QVC return policy, and brags about it, its mainly clothes but many impulse type stuff
There is a movie
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120660/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_27
Will Smith, Gene Hackman....."Enemy of the State" 1998
How a man was chased and ruined by data collected !
Big Brother and Big Sister and Big Companies are watching !
Good luck!......I really do.....make sure BEFORE I hit "order" :-)
