Wonderful program for service men and women.

Wonderful reunion.

I agree. That is so wonderful. Bless them for starting this.

Re: REUNION OF DOG AND SOLDIER

What a happy ending story. I couldnt help but feel a bit sad for the foster mom. She must of had mixed emotions herself. How could you not have feelings for Emma after a year? I know I would

It looked like the dog wasn't quite sure who she was at first.

I know, that dog didn't recognize her at first but when she did it was like holy sh** it's my MOM.{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Re: REUNION OF DOG AND SOLDIER

That video was beautiful, and what a wonderful program--one less thing for servicemen/-women to have to worry about!

Greg Louganis (the Olympic diver) started a program (now-defunct) years ago in which foster families would care for the pets of those dying from AIDS. We should be grateful for people who don't forget the pets, because their owners surely don't.

Thanks for posting this.

That was a tearjerker, in a good way. It took Emma a moment for everything to sink in and then she wouldn't leave her human alone. {#emotions_dlg.wub}
