IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE I SENT A $136.00 RETURN BACK TO THE Q. I FINALLY CALLED THEM TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE DEAL WAS SINCE I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN AN EMAIL STATING THEY RECIEVED MY RETURN. AFTER WAITING OVER 40 MINUTES ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD THEY HAVEN'T ANY RECORD OF MY RETURN YET. THEN LAST MONTH, I WAS CHARGED FOR ANOTHER ORDER. I CANCELLED THAT ORDER THE SAME DAY WITHIN 30 MINUTES, BUT THE CHARGE REMAINED ON MY BANKING ACCOUNT FOR OVER A MONTH. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT IT AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ACTUALLY HADN'T EVEN CANCELLED THE ORDER. A WEEK LATER THE CHARGE WAS STILL ON MY ACCOUNT. I THEN EMAILED THE QVC SOCIAL TEAM. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID MY ORDER WAS NEVER CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WOULD MAKE IT "GOOD" WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS.....WHICH THEY DID. BUT HAD I NOT KEPT TRACK OF THESE ORDERS, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. BE SURE TO KEEP CHECKING YOUR ORDERS. THINGS ARE REALLY MESSED UP LATELY. I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE VIRUS, BUT QVC HAS BEEN GOING DOWN HILL FOR AT LEAST A GOOD COUPLE OF YEARS, IF NOT MORE. SIZING IS OFF, AND MOST EVERYTHING IS MADE IN CHINA NOW. REFUNDS TAKE FOREVER, AND ESPECIALLY NOW. ALL I CAN SAY IS, JUST BEWARE.

We try to trust but sadly this company is NOT good anymore
I know it is soooooooo hard to quit this qvc addition
I am struggling my self after 30 yrs of shopping here,sigh....

Most everything you get from most retailers is made in China now. This is nothing new.

When I have had a Q problem the team here on the board solves it immediately (way to go!!!). Try here first.

I recently had a return issue for a defective item. I wondered if all of the staff at "intake" that do the returns actually read English.

I have decided to stop purchasing anything until everything gets back to normal, if that happens. It is so diffifult to get answers to questions on returns/refunds, The Post Office is just as bad but I am trying to be patient and understand that we are all going through this together..
