@amyb   Yup, I remember when I worked....  it was dark when I went to work and dark when I drove home.  I rarely saw sunshine in Dec and Jan.

Which is, regardless whether one actually has "SAD", Seasonl Light Disorder, or not...it's downright depressing!

DH and I are looking forward to it. We are early risers, and a little more light in the morning will be welcome. DH drives a school bus, and right now he's picking up children in the dark. Not very safe, in my opinion.

FINALLY......i prefer standard time year round, but i will take the four+ months for now....

I don't bother to change my Cookoo clock to DST. I leave it at regular time all year. Too much work.

Disrupts people's sleep patterns either way and those pets dont get it as on their built in clock for walks and meals. Arizona is smart.

Very early riser here, however, I'm Not looking forward to the time change.  By 5:00 pm I'm ready to hibernate, lol, ant that's not an option!
