This type of thread pops up about once every couple of weeks lamenting the fact that this place has gone dead, then naming the missed posters. Why is anyone surprised or do you just like to commiserate?

Their rules aren't insulting and just plain stupid when you consider the fact that just about 100% of so-called consequential threads go bad with infighting, insults and venom (and isn't that the very definition of "bustling with activity" around here? ${#emotions_dlg.glare}$ ) which is why I almost always don't post on them.

Morning......

Found this interesting.....when I came on here to see what has gone on since last night, it said that the commenting period had been stopped.......and now when I came back on to look around, this thread was at the top of the page and commenting has period was back. What's with that?????

I seem familiar with Jig Saw???? Yes, I would give you a hint if I had ANY clue. I have no idea why you think I am familiar with her but perhaps it is because I don't challenge her like "some" others do. In the past I was resoundingly scolded and told it was nobody's business who someone used to be so generally I go with that attitude now.

Plus there are so MANY new nics it would be a waste of time to try to out them all. I just assume they all used to be somebody else ${#emotions_dlg.laugh}$

There's nothing wrong with asking once. The issue was chasing a poster from thread to thread.

An honest question here, why did Scottie get scolded when others do the same thing and nothing is said?

I am thinking of one poster in particular who was chased around VP with cartoons, etc. by maybe 3 posters.
