OH NO ! What tragic news. I've been a fan and follower since the very early 70's. I am so saddened by this news.

My deepest heartfelt prayers are said to cover his family, friends, and followers.

His family posted his passing in his Facebook page. They did not give a reason. I had heard he had cancer a while ago but I could be wrong.

A few minutes ago, his Wiki bio said he battled a form of Leukemia for years. Now it's been removed.

I remember Dr. Dyer himself stating during one of his talks that he had leukemia and took long walks everyday on the Hawaiian beach to enjoy every moment.

it was marvelous how he could talk to an audience at great length and engage you in his philosophy. He never talked down to you nor used outrageous examples to illustrate his points.

may heaven be enjoying his "chats" with the Angels! RIP.

Dr Wayne Dyer good man with a delightful charming soul.

He left a part of his spark within many around the world.

I used to listen to his tapes in the 80's. My family and especially my kids knew I was a fan. One one of his tapes he said "if a child can operate a video player then he/she can surely operate a washing maching." So one day I told my 2 Jr Hi children that they were going to do their own laundry.

My daughter stomped out of the room and said "All this trouble started when you began listening to those tapes.!"
