George, the "quiet Beatle,"  passed away 20 years ago today on Nov.29, 2001.What alerted me to this was Ringo posting a photo on FB  today of just him and George with a statement that he misses George.

All Things Must Pass.  R.I.P. George, gone too soon.

To me, George was the most spiritually attuned of the four.  He had a mystical soul.

My goodness.  I was just looking up yesterday when exactly George died.  Just looked at the year and not the date.  Hard to believe its been that long ago.  

George's songs while with the Beatles were some of their best songs.  "Something" in particular is right up there with "Yesterday" in my opinion, as far as a beautiful love song goes.

He always seemed like a really cool guy and his quiet personality was attractive to me.

Last night I was thinking of "Something" and how that song led to some lovely moments. I had no idea about the date of George's death.

George was MY favorite!!!

George never got the credit he deserved. Two of his songs I loved the most were "Something" and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". RIP sweet George.

Aren't we approaching the 40th anniversary of John Lennon's death?

@patbz  It was last Dec. He died in 1980

I remember hearing that news while driving to work years ago.  RIP, George.  I saw them in concert when I was in high school.
