@Kachina624, maybe the article below explains the situation a little better. I'm no market analyst (don't know diddly!) but it sounds like they've been put on notice but not actually delisted yet as was earlier reported here on these forums in that thread I noted. They have till October 30, 2023 to comply and then can go even beyond that date with other appeals and processes to prevent delisting from occurring.

Business minds smarter then mine feel free to jump in and make any corrections or clarifications.

I’ve been a shopper for many years at QVC & have absolutely no problems at all. There is an article in Bloomberg 5/10 which is interesting; I am unable to post a link on the board so if interested, you can google the article:

What does it all mean for the company? No idea, but it seems like a good thing.

I think they ought to check out customer opinions and suggestions.  I know that over the years I have bought less and lessd to a point of being NOTHING.  I have my reasons and I could take us some serious space listing. I know I am not alone.  

Probably not worth the time to let them know because if they really were serious about making it better many of us have already made comments.  

I remember one of my high school teachers explanations of peoples behavior when they were upset with something.  He said, People protest with their feet. 

HIs explanation: when people don't agree with what is going on they turn and run the other way. They don't even have to say anything, they simple disappear.

Apparently it's the "Shawn and Jane saves QVC" now.   Jane is on every time I happen to scroll by these days and even Shawn has to  take a back seat to her.   No other host has a chance to speak and a vendor may as well go home.  She seems extra hyper these days.
