OP - I too dislike having manis or pedis. I keep my nails short and unpolished and take care of my own feet - no polish there either. Like you I would not even consider fake nails.
I have no problem with answering the door though, and I used to love Halloween. Since I live in a gated community now,and no one here has kids, we don't get trick or treaters. I miss seeing the kids. If any kid comes to my door on Halloween I will give them a quarter instead of candy, but in 8 years none have ever come here.

I dont like anyone touching my feet either, but old age, arthritic hips and poor eye site make it necessary for the pedi. I cringe a lot when having it done.
I wear my socks wrong side out, cant stand the thought of any seam or threads next to my toes.
I dont like the commercial side of Christmas.
I dont like chicken and find it harder and harder to find something other than chicken everything to eat in a restaurant.
Just to name a few of my quirks.

@Its Me LuLuBelle2 I also hate havng my feet touched - too ticklish. Halloween doesn't freak me out but I don't like all that stuff!
I don't like crowds and hate shopping at B & M stores.
Another thing I won't do unless absolutely need to is travel. All the packing, unpacking and all the other things required is just too much stress and I'm happier at home.
I have to go to the bathroom and be the last one going before going anywhere or I will feel like I have to go as soon as I am in the car. It drives my SO crazy. My mother created this quirky behaviour in me by constantly asking me over and over if I had to go before we left for anywhere so I just started going when she said that.
When going into an antique shop I go through a range of emotions from sensing happy, sad, excitement, fear, anger, etc when passing or looking at different things.
I have so many it would take all day to post them all!

I don't like anyone touching my feet, either! I, too, do my own pedicures. Fingernails are kept short & unpolished.
Crowds are a problem only if everyone is standing kind of pressed together. I have no issues with sitting in a crowded theater, for instance, but one time at a golf tournament I nearly fainted because people were standing too closely all around me.
My biggest thing, maybe, is going to an event and worrying about how I should dress! As long as there is ONE other woman in attendance who is dressed at whatever level of formality I have chosen, I'm good. I am very uncomfortable with being the most under- or over-dressed woman in the room!
I'm totally with the poster who said they must be the last one to go to the bathroom before leaving. If I have to wait any length of time before getting in the car, I'll have to go again.
I also have no desire to travel, because of the packing and unpacking, and the actual process of "getting there". When I can get "beamed up" to wherever I want to go, maybe then I'll travel. Until then, I'm happy at home!

Well, just to name a couple, all hangers must face the same direction in my closet as well as clothing must hang the same direction...I want my closet uniform, but I do not hang according to color.
Sheets have to be neatly folded and stored in the cupboard with the open folded end/side to the back, towels..same way with the hand towel and wash cloth folded inside. I want the closet to look neat and tidy.
Sterling silver and gold jewerly each have their own space.
I am sure there are more...sometimes I do think I am an odd ball......

I also can't stand people in my personal space. I'm very sensitive and it feels like they are in my aura, if it's not a loved one it makes the hair on my neck stand up.
I also:

The inside of cabinets & drawers HAVE to be neat & orderly. (Also inside fridge). The rest of my house might be a mess, but not the drawers & cabinets.
I don't like things in my cabinets to touch side-side. They can stack, but not sides touching.
@TX-starlight- After reading your post, I thought of the movie, "Sleeping with the Enemy". Remember that one - Julia Roberts? Do your cabinets look that the ones in that movie? lol.... ![]()
I feel the same as you on a neat and orderly fridge. I can't stand a messy fridge and if I'm at someone's house and I see a dirty fridge, I just can't eat or drink anything in that fridge! It just grosses me out.

With you about the eyes; however, if you should ever need cataract surgery ( which I just finished with ), don’t be afraid.
During it, you are in twilight sleep and the eyes have been numbed with gel. Pre and post surgery, there are eye drops to do but I used a magnifying mirror and pulled the lower lid out and did the drops. Didn’t have to “ look into the eye “ to do this. HTH

@Mom2Dogs- I'm with you on a uniform closet! I've got to have all the clothes facing the same direction. I have all the pants hanging together, all dresses hanging together, etc.... I also use the same type of hangers. I can't live with an unorganized closet!
