Questions on borrowing a book from Amazon-I'm a Prime Member.

I want to borrow a book and it says it is available to borrow for $0 for Prime Members, but there is only a "buy" option. I bought it from my computer and it says I paid $3.99 for it. So I went to my "manage my kindle" and returned it for a refund.

So I got on my Kindle to find the book from it and there is still only a 'buy" option and not a "borrow" option. If I buy it from my Kindle, will it be purchased or borrowed?

I'm so confused. I borrowed a book last month and I'm sure there was a "borrow" option. The book is Never Smile at Strangers if you want to look at it.
