It never hurts to shop around a little. Don't let anyone perform a visual inspection but get some quotes and compare.  If another company would give you a reduced rate that gives you leverage against the current insurance company.

 

I feel that insurance companies are out to take advantage of people.

I always check on things..here, there and yon.

 

There's competition out there...best to check around
