Question re: Credit Report

In trying to be a good steward of my financial business, I requested and received my credit report from all three agencies......thank goodness everything looked fine, but they did not include the "score". If I want that, I have to pay for it! I checked into free credit score.com, but they want you to sign up for some sort of monitoring system which I do not want to do..........why don't the 3 agencies include your fico score along with your report??
