Yes, I've been with T-Mobile for over 13 years and am very satisfied with the CS they provide.  

 

Through the years they have upgraded their call centers (all US based), the wait times to speak to an actual person is short and each year I am able to work out a good deal on my monthly charges.

I have had Tmobile for many years and I rarely have an issue with them, the customer service is in the US which is great.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

We live in the most Eastern part of Nebraska. T-Mobil is pretty much useless to us. Our first Tracfones had T-Mobil, but thank goodness they also had AT&T, or our Tracfones would have been returned.

 

Might check their coverage map UP CLOSE and see what it looks like on their website map.

We've had T Mobile for over ten years.  Never had an issue with coverage, phones, billing, or customer service

I live in NYC and have had T-Mobile ever since they were Voicestream. No complaints with their service or their prices in comparison to AT&T and Verizen.

I've had T-Mobile for more years than I can remember.  Love them, love their CS and their physical stores are staffed with knowledgable, friendly, helpful people.  Highly recommend.

look on their coverage map and zoom in really close. they claim  to have doubled their service, but their service for my area is the same:  fair service out doors. poor or no service indoors. that was my issue with them and they haven't upgraded their service in my area. i was lucky to get `1 bar.    and the reps in the store and the 800# are nice as pie -  until your phone goes off warranty

I have had Verizon VZW for 16 years. The service is very good, and being an old time customer I get a discount when upgrading my phone.

T-Mobile's network is nearly the same size as Verizon's. T-Mobile has more company stores. Verizon has many franchise dealers and fewer company stores in NJ.

I am another satisfied T-Mobile customer.  Good customer service.  I have been with them many years and have only had a few minor problems.

 

One thing I really like is the option of changing my cell number.  I have done this twice when I was being stalked.
