Question on Cricut cartridges

Hi everyone!

Im excited to share I finally!! won a cricut on ebay {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}.

I do have a couple of questions, the machine comes as a bundle and I bid on the one with the 3 birds on parade since the box shows letters on the bottom. If the letters show on the bottom of the box, does that mean that cartridge has letters as well? There is a picture of the overlay but I cannot tell.

Also, HSN has their cartridges advertised as "full content". Is this something different??
