I posted a .png image with my iPad iOS 10.0.2 and didn't convert it and and didn't get an error. I don't used any photo edit apps for images I post here. So it's not happening to everybody.

I'm an iPad iOS 10.0.2 user....and it would NOT accept my .png image.

We're getting both sides here.

Is this a QVC forum issue?

If I understand, you're posting on an iPad, as well, yes?

If so, it works for you...but not for me.

Sounds like a Q issue.

Just wanted the Community Team to be aware of this issue some of us are having with inserting images.

Juniebugz : like I said before I'm still new to the forum.. How were u able to post a reply underneath my picture.. I always have to reply as a new message .

Thank you for starting this thread.

I purchased a new iPad recently and I just assumed the reason

I wasn't able to download pics was on my end. I wasn't looking to

spend endless hours trying to figure this out.

WHEW!

I'm not crazy.

Hi @classic 😊 If you want your reply to show along with someone else's reply, tap on "reply" in the bottom right corner of their reply. When the reply box pops up, you'll see "QUOTE" above the text box on the right. Tap on "QUOTE" and the other person's reply will show up in your text box. Tap below their quote (or photo) to see your cursor to type your response. Then tap "POST" just beneath the bottom right of your text box.
