Were you able to get the "Image Resize" to work for you?
What we need for a "screen shot" to post is for it to be a jpg (.jpg) image, like this:
Notice these things in the picture above:
1) "image.jpg identifies the picture type
2) Because it is a screen shot, the entire page displays including the top (battery and time)
3) the actual picture of the cherry tart (not the picture of the picture) is in jpg format.

Screenshot tips: How to convert iPhone and iPad screenshots from .png to .jpg
Bear in mind that iOS saves screenshots in the .png format; this can be a little confusing, since it saves images taken by the Camera app as .jpgs. (There are valid reasons for this distinction, but we shan't concern outselves with them here.) If you want to send the screenshot to someone as a .jpg, or upload it to a service that doesn't accept .png files, you'll need to convert it.

I must not understand. I could resize my sephora page and cut off the top of the page but it sounds like yall are talking about taking a screenshot and posting that clean pic. I dont know how to do that on an ipad without doing a complete screenshot and then cutting off the top.

@LTT1: I am 62 and not tech smart. I installed the " the image resize"but very confused. I was trying to use a screen shot of a double oven interested in purchasing. Trying to learn how to post and send photos. Just purchased the Jitterbug smartphone because told it was the best for seniors and having problems and just purchased my first digital camera : all my new toys are smarter than me!!!!

Using a picture of a screen shot of a double oven and "Image Resize" app:
1) "capture the Internet image using a screen shot'
2) go to the app; click on it to open
3) Click on picture at upper left corner
4) choose your image

5). Click on arrow right corner at top and ignore the Output numbers for now (1530 x 2048)
6) Click the DOWN (download) arrow at the bottom -- this now puts the photo in the corrected format (jpg) in your camera roll (on your device).
And now you can post it to the forum here.

This is the picture using Image. I don't know what I need to do differently. I already edited before using Image and part of the image is cut off???

@LTT1, it's funny - I had at one time downloaded Image but never used it because IMO as far as clear directions, it wasn't user-friendly. I downloaded it again last night and played with it a bit and I will probably use it now.
As far as the screen shots, I edit 98% of all my photos, screenshots or otherwise, and doing that in PS automatically converts them to JPG, so I had only come across the problem once, I think.
And yep - some peeps don't know what screen shots are 🤔
