Question for Those Who Know eBay Rules

I purchased an item for $250 three days ago and paid for it immediately through Paypal. I heard from eBay and Paypal, but have not yet heard from the seller. The rule used to be that they had three days to contact you. I could not find that in the guidelines when I searched today. I know that I can contact the seller myself, but just wondering if the rules have changed?

$250 is not exactly a little transaction. It just seems out of courtesty that they would contact you--if for not other reason than to put your mind at ease!
