OK...I'm working on my muffin top. I tend to carry weight right below my bustline...not in the low stomach. I was planning to do crunchies or modified sit ups, then I read an article where the doctor said not to do these exercises as it makes you build muscle in this area...and then you don't look any slimmer.
He recommended that you just walk.
I'm confused! What has your experience been? Thanks for any input!
