Wondering if anyone else has this issue when ordering online with shopHQ...
When I am at the last check out page to submit order.... I can not hit the place order button at the bottom of the page because there is a "bar" at the bottom of the page with information about ShopHQ that covers the place order button.
No matter if I use my ipad or desktop... no matter what browser I use... the same thing happens if I try to place an order. I mentioned it to their facebook social people and they say to send them a screen shot... but when I copy the page... it does not show the bar covering the place order button like it is on my screen. I can not seem to send them what is on my checkout page.
Does anyone here have this issue going on with ShopHQ's website when checking out? Why would it just be me and only on this website? I know it has to be their issue as it is the only site that has this problem.

@SeaMaiden I just tried placing a a order. No lines of bars anywhere. Not sure what's going on.

@kittyloo So when you are on the checkout page to submit order... you can just hit the place order button and nothing is covering it up?
Can I ask if at the bottom or YOUR check out PAGE is there a bar or band with some shop HQ information?

@SeaMaiden This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I tried several times. I ended up calling in on auto order. I haven't tried lately.

@Gorgf Yes I can order on line but the process is so long and time consuming... I would like to have online access. Let me know if the situation still is happening to you OK?

Yes it happened to me a few days ago. Super annoying. I was using an iPad, thought perhaps it wasn't compatible with the website. But I've shopped before without this issue. The only way I somehow solved it was to select the easy pay option, which I did not want, and it went through. Sorry I can't have a more specific solution for you, I was basically just clicking around randomly trying to fix it.

@Grouchomarx I doubt it will ever get fixed. Their loss.

I would not shop there but they have my beloved primo beets and they had a good sale!

i placed an order last week and went through mr rebates and did not have any issues.
when i get to the final page, the black "place my order" button is on the right hand side of the page, in the middle. there is nothing blocking it. i tested it out on my laptop using microsoft edge browser.
i get the same page when i use firefox.

maybe try clearing out your cookies on your device, reboot, and start over?
that often solves issues.
