Re: Question for Shop HQ online shoppers

Is it possible to reduce the size you are using for your screen.   E.g. sometimes I will have it at 125-150 percent and it makes things squish together, but when I reduce the size of the page things are back where they should be.

Just a thought.  Smiley Happy

Re: Question for Shop HQ online shoppers

I hope you are able to work it out.

My suggestion was because I have dealt with it before with sites where I am doing something and I get to where I need to click on something and everything is smooshed together.

So, I change the page down as far as necessary to fix the page, finish what I'm doing, then change the zoom back up to what works for me otherwise.

When I want to log out of Amazon, for example, and click on that pull down the choice to log off is way down at the bottom of the pull-down beyond my page bottom, so there's no way to do it.  But if I change my page all the way down to 75%, I can access it, click on it, then I change my page back to 125 or 150, depending on the browser.
