I had to return a phone case I bought for my stepdad after he the phone we got him for Father's Day last year didn't work out. Amazon sent me a return label and issued a full refund. Now with certain clothing items, the seller issues me a partial refund because it would cost more money to ship overseas where they come from directly. So those items I'll end up donating.
